Standard NPS (0–10) for the chair and separately for each board member. K-anonymity protects small boards (n < 3 is hidden). Formula: % promoters − % detractors.

Timo Aukia is a board professional who has served on the boards of listed companies as a member, chair, and member of nomination bodies for over 25 years. He also has broad experience of boards in higher education and real-estate companies, among others. StigomBoard was born from the need to make board evaluation smoother and to bring the board's mood pulse into the board's monthly routines.
